This incident has been resolved by the vendor. If you continue to experience any shrinking videos, please try clearing your browser's cache, and email help@gsu.edu if the problem persists.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue affecting users who are embedding Kaltura videos within iCollege content using the Daylight HTML Templates. In some cases, video players are continuously shrinking until they disappear from the page.

We are actively working with the vendor to resolve this issue. In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, users can create a new content page without using the Daylight HTML Templates. Videos embedded on those pages should display normally.

We will provide updates as soon as more information is available.
