Identified - Instructional Innovation and Technology (IIT) identified a network outage at Newton Campus. The vendor is aware and is actively working to resolve the issue. Further updates will be provided when available.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where some Webex recordings are not being automatically transferred to Kaltura. The vendor is aware and is working to resolve this incident as quickly as possible. If you have Webex recordings that were not automatically transferred, you can manually download the recording from Webex and upload it into Kaltura using the following guides:

All Faculty/Staff and Non-person(Department) email accounts should be accessible without receiving an error message. The issue has been resolved and we will continue to monitor this situation over the next 24 hours.
Users may have to clear the internet browser history or remove and re-add your Outlook profiles in order for mailboxes to be accessible.

Identified -
The access issue reported with many Faculty/Staff email accounts has been identitfied and a fix was applied.
Faculty/Staff should now be able to access their emails successfully.
However, the non-person(departmental) email accounts that were affected by this outage are still a WIP.

Instructional Innovation and Technology (IIT) is currently investigating reports of an issue with Office 365 (Fac/Staff Email). Some Faculty and Staff are unable to access their Office 365 email accounts.

Service restored: Microsoft deployed a fix to the environment, users should now be able to access shared mailboxes via the web.

Investigating -
Scope of Impact Users may be unable to access shared mailboxes from Outlook on the web. Users may receive a “Something Went Wrong repeated redirects” error message.
As a workaround users can access their shared mailboxes from the Outlook desktop client and Outlook mobile to avoid this issue.
