Resolved - Access to Spectrum has been restored. While successfully connected to Cisco VPN, please attempt to access Spectrum Services again.

Identified - Instructional Innovation and Technology (IIT) is currently investigating and has identified the cause of the log-on issues onto the Spectrum Services.

Additional information will be posted here on status.gsu.edu when the issue has been resolved.

Investigating - Instructional Innovation and Technology (IIT) is currently investigating an issue with CampusID password synchronization to Microsoft O365. If you have recently updated your password and are unable to access your email using the new credentials, please try logging in with your previous password. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
